EDUCATIONAL COURSES:

When I was young, I wanted to become a veterinarian so I studied Biology, Chemistry and Physics for my A-Levels (in the UK) as well as AP Anatomy, AP Biology, and AP Chemistry (in the USA). As a teenager, I also participated in the Project Trident Work Experience (Internship) program, as a General Assistant at Sommet Vert Veterinary Surgery in St. Brelade, Jersey (Channel Isles).

However, my love for theriogenology and genetics soon led me in a different direction, to follow my passion for breeding and animal husbandry: first rodents (gerbils), then fish (betta splendens and guppies), and then dogs (Tamaskan Dogs). Of course, I also continued to further my education in these fields by taking a number of online courses to gain more qualifications and certifications, including:

Coursera: Canine Theriogenology for Dog Enthusiasts (University of Minnesota)
Coursera: Dog Emotion and Cognition (Duke University)
Coursera: Animal Behaviour and Welfare (The University of Edinburgh)
Coursera: Useful Genetics (The University of British Columbia)

ICB: COI BootCamp
ICB: Basic Population Genetics for Dog Breeders (The Institute of Canine Biology)
ICB: The Biology of Dogs (The Institute of Canine Biology)
ICB: Managing Genetics for the Future (The Institute of Canine Biology)
