BACKGROUND
Layla is my "Pick of the Litter" female offspring from my "Night" litter and she represents everything that I was hoping to achieve from this outcross (Groenendael) combination.
She is my first Black-Grey Tamaskan, and I was immediately drawn to her because of her coloring and slightly longer coat, straight tail and long muzzle, as well as her bubbly personality.
Layla lives with us at Sylvaen Acres, our family estate/homestead, and she is our much-loved personal companion and family pet.
In summer 2021, Layla had her first litter, which was sired by our outcross stud dog Snow (Inyabu Gaspar at Sylvaen): "Deep Space" litter.
In summer 2022, Layla had her second litter, which was sired by Obi-Wan (Sylvaen Elessar) in Slovenia: "Star Wars Species" litter.
In winter 2023, Layla had her third (final) litter, which was sired by Asgard Jr (Sylvaen Asgard) in Slovenia: "Evergreen" litter.

Layla is active and very playful. She is a little bit suspicious of strangers at first, but she warms up once you get to know her.
Her Belgian Shepherd (Groenendael) ancestry is notable in her character.
She is people-focused and very easy-to-train... she listens well and she is also eager to please.
