WAITING LIST
Please keep in mind that we usually only have a few litters per year and our puppies are always in high demand... therefore, we've decided to make some changes to our Waiting List system.
For 2022 onward, we will be using a "deposit in advance" system to join our Waiting List.
Each of our planned / upcoming litter combinations will have its own separate waiting list.
This is because some particular litter combinations would be more suitable for different roles (for instance, potential service / therapy work) while other litter combinations have higher or lower wolf content, which could be a relevant factor for those living in places that do not allow wolf content.
To join the waiting list, please fill out a Puppy Application Form.
Successful candidates will be invited to pay the deposit (in advance) and an invoice for the deposit will be issued with the payment information.
We usually aim to have at least 6 people on the waiting list for each litter combination (up to a maximum of 10 people).
When the puppies are born, everyone on the waiting list will be notified and the puppies will be allocated according to when the deposits arrived on our bank account, with consideration to preferences such as sex, coat color, etc.
If we have "extra" puppies, for example: if we have a litter of 12 puppies and only 10 people on the waiting list for that combination, then we will let those 10 people choose their puppies, and the remaining 2 puppies will be "available" with priority given to those already on our Waiting List for one of our other litter combinations or on our Reserve List (according to the date when their deposit was received).
In the event that there are not enough puppies for everyone on the waiting list, or someone wants to "skip" their turn because they don't like any of the puppies once they are born, or (for instance) they must have a male puppy and there are only female puppies, then they can go on to another waiting list for a different upcoming litter combination (in order of deposit received) or on to our future Reserve List.
Once paid on to the bank account, the deposit lasts indefinitely to accomidate any potential life changes.
So, even if some unexpected circumstance occurs, you can wait several years (if necessary) on our Reserve List until getting your Sylvaen Tamaskan puppy.
However, once paid, the deposit is strictly non-refundable!
